Please read this before making a withdrawal to ensure that your withdrawal request is approved promptly.

Withdrawal method

Once your withdrawal has been approved by Casinovi, your withdrawal will be transferred to the payment company. The method of withdrawal depends on the method you use, but eWallets usually approve withdrawals instantly, while banks usually complete withdrawals instantly or within 24 hours. For cryptocurrencies, you can see where your funds are on the blockchain, depending on how busy the blockchain is.

Withdrawal fees

We do not charge players any fees related to withdrawals. However, the payment company the player uses may charge a fee.

If you use cryptocurrencies, you will be charged a fee to the miner. Fees charged to miners can be reduced by lowering the withdrawal speed.

Reasons why withdrawals may be refused

If you create an account in your own name, place bets within the Terms and Conditions and withdraw funds to a bank or e-wallet in your own name, you will never be refused a withdrawal.
Typical examples of withdrawal refusals are.

• The name registered with Casinovi does not match the name on the account used for the deposit/withdrawal method.
• Creating multiple accounts with Casinovi.
• Abuse of bonuses and promotions
• Taking advantage of errors overlooked on the part of the game provider to earn winnings

Please note that creating multiple accounts and abusing bonuses can lead to account closure as well as forfeiture of winnings.

Cancelling withdrawal requests

Please note that once a withdrawal has been made, it cannot be cancelled.
